1. What is Pilates?
Pilates is similar to yoga but emphasizes on your body’s core and will transform the way your body feels and performs. It will increase your flexibility and strengthen your body.
Pilates is ideal for people of all ages and all fitness levels. Athletes, including golfers, swimmers, and football players have used Pilates to improve flexibility, core strength, and performance.
2. How often should I attend sessions?
It is recommended to come three times a week for best results. Consistency is the key for success.
3. What if I cannot come to class but I have already confirmed? Will I be charged?
Yes, even if it is your first time. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged for the session you scheduled.
4. Can I bring my children or pet(s) to a session if they sit quietly while I work out?
Unfortunately children or pets are not allowed; this is due to safety reasons.
5. Is Pilates for children too?
Absolutely, Pilates is an ideal form of exercise for children. However, due to the size of the Pilates equipment, it is recommended that they be at least 10 years old.
